Green basil and lime ice cream

Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • 20 leaves of basil
  • 1 large organic lime
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g plain yoghurt


  1. Purée the basil leaves with a hand blender, add powdered sugar and organic lime zest. Purée everything thoroughly until a green mass is formed.
  2. Mix with the cream, plain yoghurt and the juice of an organic lime and then pour into a mould.
  3. Place in the freezer compartment of your fridge overnight and enjoy ice-cold on the following day.
